The Impact Gun 6/11 EvoCSII can reach a pressure of 60 bar and a process temperature of up to 1100 °C. This makes it suitable for the entire range of cold gas spraying applications. Process gas is heated inside the Gun. This is done via an integrated heating filament through which an electric current flows. The process gas is heated while it is flowing through and then accelerated in a Laval nozzle. Powder particles are then injected into the gas flow and also accelerated.
